Living Below the Waves

Underwater hotels are not like normal hotels. Some are deep under the sea, while others are inside big aquariums. The walls are made of strong, clear glass so people can see everything around them. One example is the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island in the Maldives: its suite called The Muraka has a bedroom five metres below sea level, with glass views of the ocean. Another example is the underwater suites at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai. These rooms look into a massive aquarium filled with over 65,000 marine creatures, giving you the feeling of being inside an underwater world without getting wet.
